Mass Effect: Maximum Hypertrophy Training includes:

1) Comprehensive 30 page e-book detailing the program, science of muscular hypertrophy, application of scientific principles, proper recovery and nutrition for optimal results, and instructions on how to continue making progress

2) Exercise library with detailed exercise descriptions, cues for optimal execution, and image bank for all included exercises

3) Excel spreadsheet that’s easy to use, allows you to track your weights, and can be edited as needed

It is recommended that you have at least 2 years of weight room experience, and have basic competancy on how to perform common resistance training exercises: squat, bench press, deadlift, hip thrust, leg press, etc.

If you have any questions or uncertainties on how to perform any exercise used in the program, we have included an extensive exercise library

Yes!  Ideally, the program is designed for you to train 4 days per week; however, it can be modified for 3 days per week.  Guidelines for adapting the program to YOUR schedule are listed in the e-book.
