About Us

Fitness and Movement, LLC is our platform for providing effective exercise and strategic training programs for individuals looking to achieve their goals! As Doctors of Physical Therapy and Strength & Conditioning Specialists, we aim to promote exercise and wellness while maximizing athletic performance and enhancing human movement. Whether you are a recreational lifter, sport athlete, powerlifter, bodybuilder, etc., we can help you reach your goals. Since starting in 2016, we have received much demand for our various programs through our main form of social media, instagram. We've created this website to reach people across the world, to provide better training programs at an affordable price.
