Have you ever

Have I reached my genetic potential?

Is this the maximum amount of muscle I can build?

Am I training correctly to achieve my goals?

What am I missing??

You're NOT alone!!

These thoughts are extremely common and cross every lifter's mind.

We once had these thoughts too...

We tried lifting heavy often because we heard this would provide us with strength AND size gains…

We tried body part splits: chest on Mondays, back on Tuesdays, Legs on Wednesdays…

We tried drop sets, super-sets, and forced negatives

We tried adding more and more volume because we thought more volume led to more muscle…

...Yet our progress had stalled

So we did what we do best:
hit the books

We played to our strengths and utilized our extensive knowledge in research design,

methods, and appraisal

We wondered: what is the most  up-to-date scientific data on muscle growth?

How can we use this information to unlock new gains?

Gerasimos T.

At first, I was skeptical of a muscle building program as a female looking to get in shape. However, this program was amazing - my glutes, thighs, and arms have become toned like I have always wanted!

Brianna C.

Mass Effect was a perfect balance between lifting heavy, volume, and crazy pumps. I was amazed on how much size I added to my frame without gaining fat!
