Exercise Analysis:

Get exercise technique feedback from doctors and expert coaches!

        

  • Lifting analysis will:
    • Optimize performance
    • Maximize muscle development and the mind-muscle connection
    • Correct movement inefficiencies and improve technique based on your own individualized mechanics
    • Help to identify mobility/flexibility restrictions
    • Help to identify areas requiring additional stability and control
    • Minimize the risk of injuries and facilitate pain free training

It is recommended (not required) that the client spends at least 12 weeks of online coaching to see optimal results.
